Our firm is excited to present and celebrate a tremendous milestone, our 5th Annual Summer Job Fair, 5 years as the #1 job fair in the Pine Belt + the leading job fair in Mississippi.

The 5th Annual Summer Job Fair will be held Thursday, July 13, 2023 in beautiful downtown at Jackie Dole Community Center from 9am-2pm. Spaces are very limited. Plan for 1,000’s of participants! Here’s a breakdown of this year’s job fair.

9:00am-9:30am: Employer’s Setup/Red Carpet Entrance
9:30am-10:00am: Onstage Awards & Presentations + Who’s Who Invited Guest(s)
10:00am-1:00pm: Job Fair
1:00pm-1:30pm: Employer’s Dinner Served
1:30pm-2:00pm: Employer’s Breakdown
2:15pm- End of 5th Annual Summer Job Fair

The Largest Job Fair in Hattiesburg's History

How It Started

Hattiesburg's Largest Job Fair was birthed out of the tragic death of Mark Gould, a 20 year old who was shot to death in Pineview Apartments.

The summer job fair was created to provide the poverty stricken community a better life through employment hoping to prevent another tragedy, bringing major business together for the first time in the inner city.

1st Annual Job Fair

The very first Annual Summer Job Fair took place Thursday, June 7 in downtown Hattiesburg at the Jackie Dole Community Center, where it's been held each year since.

Hosted by City of Hattiesburg Council Members, Councilman Nick Brown and Jeffrey George, the job fair became an immediate success as 1,000's from across the region attended. It became Hattiesburg's biggest job fair.

2nd Annual Job Fair

The 2nd Annual Summer Job Fair took place Monday, July 22 in downtown Hattiesburg at the Jackie Dole Community Center.

Hosted by the Mississippi Senate Member Senator Juan Barnett, the job fair for the second year in a row became a huge success, with people once again by the 1,000's waiting outside to get in for new job opportunities.

3rd Annual Job Fair

The 3rd Annual Summer Job Fair took place Thursday, July 29 in downtown Hattiesburg at the Jackie Dole Community Center.

Hosted by Forrest County Board of Supervisors Sharon Thompson, the job fair became the biggest job fair in the region for the 3rd year.

4th Annual Job Fair

The 4th Annual Summer Job Fair took place Monday, June 6 in downtown Hattiesburg at the Jackie Dole Community Center.

Hosted by Forrest County Justice Court Judge Gay Polk Payton, the job fair became the biggest job fair in the region for the 4th year.
