Picnic & Debate
Voterfest is a premiere non-partisan event that promotes overall voting in upcoming elections by engaging the interest of local voters through live entertainment, games, food, family fun, & a fireworks show with the goal of increasing voter participation. Registered voters can check the status of their local voter registration at the event to ensure they are active. Non-registered voters can sign up to become a registered voter. All political candidates are welcome.

THE PICNIC GIVES CANDIDATES A CHANCE TO ENGAGE DIRECTLY WITH THE VOTERS IN THE COMMUNITY.
THE DEBATE GIVES CANDIDATES A CHANCE TO ENGAGE THE VOTERS ABOUT TOP ISSUES OR CONCERNS.
CANDIDATES PACKAGE:
ALL PARTICIPATING CANDIDATES GETS PREIMERE PACKAGE INCLUDING:
(1) VIP ACCESS WHICH INCLUDES (RESERVED PARKING, VIP LOUNGE WITH STEAKS, SEAFOOD, BEER, & WINE AVAILABLE ONLY IN VIP LOUNGE, VIP PASSES).
(2) 100+ ADS ON RADIO, TV & STREAMING FEATURED ON SOME OF THE BIGGEST NETWORKS SUCH AS CNN, FOX NEWS, ESPN, OWN, BET, LIFETIME & MORE. ADS WILL RUN BEFORE, DURING, & AFTER THE EVENT.
(3) EXCLUSIVE RED CARPET, ON-STAGE, & EVENT PICTURES BY PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER(S).
(4) BOOTH SPACE THAT MAY INCLUDE TENT OR TRAILER TO PASS OUT CAMPAIGN MATERIAL AND/OR SELL ITEMS AS A FUNDRAISER INCLUDING FOOD. NO SIZE LIMITATIONS ON SPACE. ELECTRICITY INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA FEE IF NEEDED. CAMPAIGN KEEPS 100% OF PROCEEDS

*NO VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SETUP OR SELL ANYTHING AT THE EVENT. ONLY CANDIDATES ARE ALLOWED TO OFFER ANYTHING TO EVENT ATTENDEES.


The Picnic Ends With HMG's Signature Fireworks Show
The Picnic
The Picnic is open to the public without any admission fee to increase the number of participants. Only participating candidates can pass out campaign material at the event. Candidates can use their booth space to pass out campaign material & also as a fundraiser to sell items including food.
The picnic features live entertainment, games, food, & a fireworks show, attracting thousands of people to the park.

The Debate Is Open To The Public Featuring Free Food
The Debate
The Debate is a red-carpet event held at the park during The Picnic. Only candidates who have signed up may participate at this event. The event features 3 questions that candidates have a limited time to answer. The event is open to the public.

Candidates will each be given one question in advance so that each candidate can have time to prepare, one question from the audience, & one question/topic of choice they may choose to address publicly on their own.

Each opponent will be given ONLY a 30 second rebuttal to their opponent's response to the question.

Only the candidates in each specific race will be on stage together so that the audience may properly pay attention to each candidate's answer.
